NAIROBI. – Millions of dollars sent to various non-governmental organisations in Kennya by donors cannot be accounted for, a senior official of a regulatory board has said.


NGO Co-ordination Board Executive Director Fazul Mohammed Yusuf said that money, in excess of 23,6 billion Kenyan shillings (about $224 391 450), could not be accounted for in the 2014 financial year.


He said they are also pursuing some organisations suspected to be financing acts of terrorism.
